1. Where is my Ebook? (Problems purchasing)
Once PayPal approves your transaction, you will be returned to the webstore. Click Continue at the bottom of the page and then a Download button will appear betneath the item(s) you purchased. If you encounter problems at this point, Customer Service can help once they verify the order with PayPal.
Alternatively, you can come back to the Order Status page later (even from a different computer) and download the item. You can always get to your Order Status page using the URL from the Order Confirmation email, you will be required to enter the email address you use for PayPal to verify your identity.
2. LIT Format
The Microsoft Reader LIT format is for use on PC, laptop PC and Pocket PCs. MS Reader is a free download. MS Reader requires a MS Passport to activate.
3. PDF Format
The Adobe Acrobat PDF format is supported across many platforms, including IBM compatible personal computers, Apple Macintosh computers, and UNIX platforms.

We strongly recommend that you use the most current version possible.
4. I want a differnt format?
Currently we offer the LIT and PDf formats. If we get enough requests for other formats we will start to offer books in that format. You can send your requests to Customer Service.
5. Can I return my purchase?
No, once you download the eBook, then it is impossible for us to refund you for it.
Please note: Because of the constantly evolving nature of the eBook industry and eBook formats, we do not guarantee that eBooks you purchase from Literary Road will always be available in the formats that we "currently" support. That is why it is important that you download the eBook in the format of your choice.
Literary Road, however, will make efforts to keep the product listed and available for download -- but this is not guaranteed.
6. Can I print my Ebook?
No, we hold electronic rights only, the authors retain full rights to the printed copies.
7. I want to submit my work for publishing.
Great! We love to hear from new authors. Please visit the Submissions page.
8. Can I get a printed copy?
No, at this time we only offer books in electronic format.
9. I ordered 2 copies, and only downloaded 1 copy.
Since these are files that are downloaded, not print copies, the web store won't allow for more than one copy to be downloaded. If you accidently pay for 2 copies, please contact us at Customer Service.
