Literary Road is currently accepting submissions. Please send a detailed full-story synopsis, the first three chapters and the final chapter of your manuscript via email as one attached file (in doc or rtf format). Be sure to include your contact information on the manuscript so we know whom you are and how to reach you.

Note: We are an e-publisher and all our work is done electronically; we do not accept paper submissions. We prefer stories of 50,000 words or more, but will consider shorter works. Please make sure your work is complete before you submit, partial manuscripts are not accepted. Unpublished authors are welcome to submit.

Royalty rate is 40% of Gross (that's the cover price) for single author titles in e-book format. Author’s royalties are paid out monthly. Our contracts are for two years of electronic rights with the author retaining copyrights.
Print rights may be negotiated at a later date.

Format:

• Double-spaced. Standard 12 pt serif font. Times New Roman or Courier preferred.
• Emphasis and foreign words may be underlined or italicized.
• Include your name, and contact information on the manuscript.
• Send the submission package to submissions@literaryroad.com.

You will receive confirmation of receipt within one week. If you have not received confirmation at the end of one week, please e-mail Editor-in-Chief Renee Fitzgerald at reneef@literaryroad.com.

Our current submissions' read time is four to six weeks. If you have not heard from an editor at the end of one month, inquire by e-mail to submissions@literaryroad.com as to the status of your submission.
